The location of the accommodation was excellent, only a short walk away from the main attractions of the city. the rooms were well maintained and clean, with all the necessary amenities provided. the host was also very good at communicating and providing information before our arrival.

One major drawback was the limited parking space. It was a steep drive that could only accommodate a small car.

We had a fantastic stay at a lovely property in a great location, less than 5 minutes from the train station. the house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed, including 3 bathrooms which were very useful for our group of 5 adults. It was a nice touch to have biscuits and wine left as a welcome gift. the host was a good communicator, providing all the information we needed before our arrival. the rooms were well-maintained and the kitchen was well-equipped with tea, coffee, and cooking facilities. a fantastic stay and we would definitely recommend it to others. Great location near Exeter St Davids! We had the pleasure of staying at this holiday home during our trip to Exeter. The property is conveniently situated just a short stroll away from the train station, making it extremely convenient for travelers like ourselves.

En-suite toilet issue.

The free parking is a steep drive that would only fit a smart car. We parked on the road but when we got back from the event someone was parked across the middle of the drive and there was nowhere to park. The macerator upstairs isn't brilliant. When we arrived there was a large poo in the loo, it filled with black bits when I had a shower and made noises in the night.
